08Ted on the ‘Suga Tresor’: Chocolate should always be a treat. We all grew up with the fact that chocolate is something special, something romantic. In my work as a chocolatier I encounter a lot of different kinds of chocolate: Tanzanian, Mexican, Peruvian, extremely pure to vanilla milk. That’s why I wanted to give you a blend that brings out the best of chocolate. In the Suga Tresor I blended a beautiful milk chocolate with a vanilla aftertaste for a delicious creaminess and the 80% blend of Tanzanian, Ghanian and Sao Thomé pure chocolate for a richness that matches perfectly. The treasure inside is the caramel, which gives an unexpected crunch.
